Today we went to a Family Vaughn event it was uncle Doug 60th birthday. It was really nice to see the family and best of all Kevin remembered going when he was younger! I think memories like that are memories to cherish and hold close to your heart. The girls had fun and Avery loved seeing her cousins. She has a special interest with Clare Bear as she tried to teach her some ballet moves...it was so cute I was sad I forgot my camera but none the less it was a momment I'll never forget.
Dim-Sum Fun

This is my second time at Dim-Sum and I remember enjoying it more the first time. I can say some of the food was great, and some wasn't what I expected. I did enjoy spending time with friends and watching the kids looks with amazement at what was put on their plate and the best part was watching them tast it. I did love the part when Avery kept saying "mommy this is good (with a funny face)" than would say "mommy I like this a lot" but every time I would look back at her plate she still had all her food on her plate! Once I seen she wasn't really enjoying the food too much we decided to get some fried rice and at that point Avery and Vanessa had no problem eating that! Once we left Dim-Sum we headed out to Yogurtland. That was fun in it's own...Avery got to create her large cup with a small amount of Yogurt (I'm not big on sweets and don't want her to ever be so I limit that to a bare minimum) She did enjoy it and licked her bowl clean once she was done...all in all she had a great time!
